Privacy & data handling

We collect the supplier information you enter, your order email, your submitted payment transaction reference, and information needed to prepare the report. We do not require card numbers, passwords or full supplier bank-account numbers.

Purpose and access

Information is used for counterparty identification, report fulfillment, customer support and order reconciliation. The founder can review it in a restricted admin panel. Private order links are access credentials: anyone holding a link can view that order. Keep them private.

Customer accounts

If you request email sign-in, we use your email to send a one-time link through our transactional email provider, Resend. Sign-in links expire after 10 minutes. We store hashes of login tokens and session credentials. Essential, protected browser cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days and associate guest searches with this browser. Signing out clears these cookies.

Searches and orders made while signed in are stored under your verified account. Earlier activity can be linked only with this browser’s guest credential; guest orders must also match your verified email. An order email or anonymous analytics ID alone does not grant account access. Full reports remain restricted until payment is confirmed and the report is released.

Payment and analytics

PayPal handles payment details under its own terms. Our funnel analytics store anonymous session IDs and event names, not licence contents, email addresses or unrelated personal details. A session preference in your browser links visits to the funnel. Request throttling stores a hashed request identifier for up to one hour.

Your language preference is saved in a browser cookie for up to one year so that pages open in your selected language.

Data minimization

Only submit relevant business evidence that you are entitled to share. Do not submit unrelated personal information. Phone numbers are used only to clarify a relationship to a business counterparty, not to identify unrelated people.

Correction, deletion and retention

Contact 911079380@qq.com to request corrections or deletion. The service operator is MARTIAN KRASNONOSENKO. Searches and orders are retained for service delivery and support until deletion is requested and processed, subject to records needed for payment disputes and applicable obligations. A detailed retention schedule and automated deletion workflow have not yet been established.
