Service scope & terms

ChinaVerify is an early-stage supplier due-diligence service. At launch, company identification and report preparation are manually reviewed. Supplier reports are delivered within two business days after we receive complete supplier information and confirm payment. Reports are reviewed manually at launch. Timing for manual verification is agreed separately.

What you purchase

A $9 report covers one Chinese legal entity and the available source-backed information. A five-credit pack covers five such reports. A $79 manual verification covers remote Chinese-language follow-up on identity, sales contact, licence request, quotation, beneficiary and production questions. Physical visits, sourcing and negotiations require a separate agreed scope. Current prices are displayed before each order.

Unknowns and unsuccessful identification

We do not promise that a name, phone number or marketplace link can always be resolved. If we cannot identify the entity, we request more information and agree revised scope or a refund. Missing information is explicitly marked as unavailable; registration does not prove operational capacity.

Payment and delivery

Hosted PayPal payments require completed merchant receipt. Customer-submitted references and checkout returns are not payment confirmation. Save your private order link. Once payment and sourced findings are reviewed, the report becomes available on that link. Contact the founder through the configured order-page email for corrections, refunds and delivery arrangements.

Limitations

This report is an informational supplier due-diligence tool based on available corporate and third-party information. It is not a guarantee of supplier performance, product quality, financial solvency, ownership of manufacturing facilities or future conduct. Customers remain responsible for commercial decisions and should use additional verification for high-value transactions.

Before public commercial launch

The operator must finalize its legal identity, applicable service terms, refund arrangements and privacy retention periods before accepting public orders. This private first version does not represent completed merchant onboarding or regulatory clearance.
